Custom & Bespoke Orders

All of our pieces are made to measure, with close attention paid to individual sizing and proportion. However, if you’d like us to modify one of our existing designs, or if you’d like to collaborate on a new design, we’d be happy to accommodate you.

  • To begin a Custom or Bespoke project, please fill out the form below. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your details and schedule your initial consultation.

  • If you’d like to personalise an existing design, i.e. altering length, in-studio fabric used, or changing minor style elements, select our Custom service.

    1. Initial Consultation

      We’ll discuss the Theodora piece you want to modify and clarify the changes you’d like to make.

    2. Measurements

      We’ll take accurate measurements or review your existing measurements to ensure your garment fits well.

    3. Pattern Adjustment & Production

      We’ll adapt our existing pattern based on your requested modifications.

    4. Fitting

      We'll schedule a fitting appointment to confirm the garment’s fit and make any necessary tweaks.

    5. Completion

      Once adjustments are finalized, we'll complete the garment and prepare it for collection or delivery.

      Our team develops a unique pattern based on your specifications, combining your measurements and chosen design elements.

    4. Initial Fitting

      A sample garment is created. At this stage, we check for fit, overall design, and comfort.

    5. Subsequent Fittings

      Additional fittings allow us to refine any details, adjusting fit, proportions, or design features before final construction.

    6. Completion

      Your garment is meticulously finished to your approved specifications. We ensure every detail is refined and aligned with the original concept before preparing for collection or delivery.
